With a Degree in the Psychology of Language (specialising in sociolinguistics) and an MSc in Performance and Knowledge Management, Deane has always focused on the commercial effectiveness of the corporations and staff he works with. His qualifications demonstrate the standard with which he knows how to drive competitive advantage and use language effectively in a commercial setting. He won the CLMS prize for the most outstanding dissertation in his MSc.
