Marianne O'Connor - Associate
Marianne is a qualified executive coach with a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching from The Institute of Leadership and Management. Originally an actor, Marianne began working in the corporate field twelve years ago as an actor coach, using business simulations to highlight and explore behavioural impact.
An experienced trainer, facilitator and coach. In the public and private sectors Marianne has worked with leading players such as Accenture, the BBC, Channel 4, Sports UK, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, THE MOD, Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy and the NHS.
Marianne's focus is Leadership Development, working with her clients to ensure they are clear about their objectives and have the motivation and capabilities to succeed. Her style is supportive, challenging, pragmatic and empowering.
Her personal impact coaching sessions focus on enabling the client to access their authentic personal presence with particular emphasis on developing a heightened physical awareness and vocal confidence. By drawing on her experience as an actor she encourages clients to communicate with confidence and credibility, using a wide range of voice and body language skills.
Marianne is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
