Delivery is critical.
PRESENTATION SKILLS
Delivery is critical. Having good content focused on the needs of the audience is only part of the battle. Getting real buy-in depends on you engaging your audience and here your delivery must be authentic to you - your own body language and conversational in style. Strong though not aggressive eye contact combined with pauses, produces a compelling style that aids buy-in to your message. Pauses can always be longer than you think. They help you make your point and allow the audience to process your information and therefore remember it.
