'Our other services....' Don't wait for your client to approach you for additional services. They may not know what you offer, what they want or even that they have a problem. You already have their trust and credibility so you should take the initiative. Ask questions and show you are listening by demonstrating your understanding of the client's position. Be enthusiastic in a consultative way and remember to match your proposition to the client's requirements.
